Privacy: The basic information we ask of you at signup is only for the purpose of establishing your shipping address and contact information. We never share your personal information with anyone else. Your email address is primarily used to send invoices for payment but we periodically send emails to you announcing sales and service updates. If we expect delays in finishing your order or for problems with your files and instructions, we will notify you by email first and if necessary followup by phone.
Your account: We will assign a customer number to you which you must use when placing an order or inquiring about the status of an order.
Payments: When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email invoice. Follow the link in the invoice to pay your bill.
Shipping: We have a shipping charge of $6.95 per order, with free shipping on orders of $25 or more. Standard shipping is by USPS Priority mail. Overnite and Fedex shipping is billed at cost. Additionally, there is a fixed shipping charge of $5.00 for all orders with prints over 11x14 shipped flat.
Discounts: A credit of 10% of the gross invoice (before discounts and shipping are included) will be automatically applied to your next order. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be accumulated or carried over.
Remakes: Any print which is deemed unuseable due to color/density issues or physical problems will be remade at no charge from the file originally submitted with the order. If the problem cannot be resolved by a reprint, we will credit the cost of the print to your next order.
 Refunds: We print to professional stanards from files we expect to be useable. Occasionally expectations exceed reality and someone complains about an order which cannot be resolved by remakes. We will issue a refund back to your credit card for 50% of the invoice total excluding shipping costs up to a maximum of $100. We do not expect you to return the order but we will cancel your account and exclude you from future activity. Our decision is final in all cases.
